Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and fellow surgical techs
• Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols

Schedule:

• Contract-based assignment; schedule details provided during the interview process

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for each procedure
• Assist the surgical team during operations by anticipating needs and providing instruments
• Uphold strict aseptic techniques and infection control measures throughout procedures
• Manage surgical instruments and supplies, including decontamination and sterilization post-procedure
• Document information accurately and promptly, supporting patient care and surgical outcomes
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and transport as required
