Part-Time Teen Program Leader | Youth Development
Boston Young Men's Christian Association
YMCA of Greater Boston is looking for a part-time Teen Leader to develop and supervise teen programs. Located at Oak Square YMCA, you will foster relationships with middle/high school students and ensure a safe environment. This role requires youth programming experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, and willingness to participate in ongoing training. You will help teens engage in activities, maintain program standards, and report to the Regional Teen Director.
