Number of Staff: 69. Type of staff: Day Shift 9 RN, 2 OB tech, and 1 Unit clerk. Night Shift - Patient Ratios: AWHONN guidelines 1:1 labor, recovery, 2 Cytotec or Cervidil patients. Type of equipment: Fetal monitoring, OR equipment, EMR. Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have labor and delivery experience. Preferred or nice to have: Experience in Circulation for C/S, Catching newborns, Antepartum. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal deliveries, C/S. Best personality fit: Culture of caring and compassion. Floating Areas: Mother Baby, Women’s Surgery. Weekends and On Call: Rotating weekends and no call. General Comments: 1 position available.
