Bus Aide - Behavior Unit (new position)

Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as a software engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
