Our agency is located in Katy TX. We provide home, auto, life and commercial insurance to help protect our clients and their assets. We are not in the business of selling insurance. Rather we are in the business of developing long lasting relationships with our clients and making sure they have coverage tailored to meet their specific needs. Salary is based off base salary, commissions and bonus.

Responsibilities

-Develop relationships with prospects.

-Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

-Understand a prospect needs and identify coverage to meet those needs.

-Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

-Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services.

-Stay informed about competing products and services.

-Ability to achieve high sales targets.

-Have fun with people on a competitive team.

Requirements

-Sales experience or client facing background.

-Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

-Bilingual is a very strong plus.

-Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.

-Must be coachable.

-Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.

-Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.

-Must be motivated and determined.
