The company operates four design showrooms in California and collaborates with select showrooms across the United States to support domestic and international projects. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, showroom role based in Hermosa Beach showroom. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architecture, design, and retail clients, guiding them through product selection, and providing expert advice on tile and stone solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting showroom presentations, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with fabrication and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The Sales Specialist will assit with showroomnrelated maintenance amd vendor relationship, follow up on leads, and support existing accounts to meet sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also collaborates with internal teams on product training, merchandising, and marketing initiatives to showcase Rock Mill’s collections and services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand project needs, and provide responsive, professional support. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally within building materials, design, or luxury retail environments. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management capabilities to support product education, guide client decision-making, and contribute to team and showroom performance. Relevant qualifications include experience working with architecture and design professionals, familiarity with tile and stone products, and comfort in a showroom or design-focused setting.
