Location: Ferdinand, IN Job Id: 304-2026 # of Openings: 1 Exempt/Non-Exempt Status: This position shall be non-exempt from overtime as defined under the Department of Labor’s 2004 revised Fair Labor Standards Act. Basic Function: Assist in order fulfillment for all retail and wholesale orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Package baked goods according to specifications as directed from wholesale orders and retail orders. Package retail and wholesale orders for shipping to customers. Label all parcels for shipping. Assist in filling and maintaining stock between gift shop and order fulfillment area. Assist with inventory tracking. Alert Director of Monastery Goods & Services of low packaging supplies. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Clean work area before ending shift. Empty trash and dispose of it properly. Attend staff meetings as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: Moderate physical effort required involving long periods of standing, walking on rough surfaces, bending and/or stooping; periodic lifting of moderately heavy items (over 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds). Knowledge Requirements: Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Job may require limited training or knowledge in the operation and use of Industrial Equipment. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or GED. #J-18808-Ljbffr
