Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices in a rehabilitation environment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document all treatment sessions, track patient progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Provide recommendations for assistive devices and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on their use to improve self-care and independence.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and engaging with professional societies to maintain cutting-edge skills and knowledge in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
