Maintenance Manager

Pay: $45.00/hr Starting Job description: Come join a top-notch production team in Redmond as a Maintenance Manager! This role is responsible for maximizing machinery uptime, ensuring plant safety, and directing the daily operations of the industrial maintenance team. This critical role directly impacts overall equipment effectiveness, factory productivity, and manufacturing cost control. The Maintenance Manager oversees all installation, repair, and preventive maintenance strategies for manufacturing machinery, utility systems, and the physical plant infrastructure. The primary objective is to eliminate unexpected production downtime while upholding strict environmental, health, and safety standards. This position leads a team of 5 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced production environment.
