Delivery Team Associate

This position is for a dedicated Delivery Driver, where you will learn company products and services to better assist others, coordinate with other departments when needed, and handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks. Additional duties include work with supervisors to meet daily goals, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, manage simple records and enter information accurately, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
