As our Floor Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and Inspire : Supervise and motivate our driven team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
• Oversee Operations : Manage the flow of service, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.
• Problem-Solve on the Spot : Address any issues promptly and professionally to keep the energy and service running seamlessly.
• Monitor Performance : Keep an eye on staff performance and provide constructive feedback to help the team thrive.
• Maintain Standards : Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with Management : Work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• A proactive and professional attitude with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities .
• A knack for multitasking and staying calm under pressure .
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a positive team culture.
