Job Summary
Ben’s Beauty is seeking a motivated, competitive, and serious Spa Treatment Sales Representative to help clients sign up for packages when they receive services at the spa.
This role involves interacting with customers at the spa, demonstrating and explaining beauty devices and skincare treatments, educating clients on product benefits, and helping them choose solutions that fit their personal beauty and wellness goals.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, passionate about beauty and self-care, and comfortable building relationships through personalized consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultations and beauty product demonstrations
Educate customers about skincare devices, beauty treatments, and wellness solutions
Recommend personalized beauty and self-care products based on client needs
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Generate sales through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads
Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare technology, and product features
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
Represent the Ben’s Beauty brand professionally at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous sales, retail, beauty, or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Reliable transportation for traveling to client appointments
Comfortable demonstrating products and explaining benefits clearly

Experience with direct sales or in-store consultations
Beauty industry or skincare knowledge
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
