Shifts: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM (Mid Shift), Every Other Weekend
Pay Rate: $16/hour

Job Description & Requirements:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Ensure the health and safety of each consumer by adhering to all individualized behavior support plans (BSP), dining protocols, lifting protocols, and training/service programs outlined in their support plan.

• Serve as an essential employee, expected to work overtime as needed to maintain safety and supervision during special activities or inclement weather.

• Report to duty as defined in agency policy and procedures and assume accountability for the consumers assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from AHA or the American Red Cross

• Fingerprint-based background check of Georgia and Federal criminal history record

• Drug screen

• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse diagnoses and/or intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
