Enhance strategic insights and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionKyriba Manager OverviewThe Kyriba Manager role involves overseeing financial systems and processes, ensuring efficient transaction handling and reconciliation.Manage daily processing of transactions, including coding, mapping, and system understanding.Perform daily reconciliation of ICS balances and intercompany allocations with master bank accounts.Analyze and clear unmatched or erroneous transactions imported from MRI systems.Import budgets and long-term forecasts into Kyriba, ensuring data accuracy.Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual financial data.Monitor large wire and ACH batches to ensure successful payment processing through banks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations and reporting.Provide strategic insights to enhance system efficiency and financial accuracy.Kyriba Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee the coding, mapping, and daily processing of financial transactions.Ensure accurate reconciliation of ICS balances and intercompany allocations daily.Analyze and resolve unmatched or erroneous transactions imported from MRI systems.Manage the entry and import of budgets and forecasts into Kyriba systems.Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual financial data.Monitor and follow up on large payment batches to ensure successful processing.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.Provide strategic recommendations for improving system functionality and financial operations.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.Kyriba Manager Job RequirementsBachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems management; 7 years preferred.Proficiency in Kyriba and MRI systems for financial operations and reporting.Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and transaction reconciliation.Experience managing large payment batches and ensuring successful processing.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Strong communication skills for reporting and strategic recommendations.
