Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be part of a team that delivers high-quality imaging services in the Imaging Unit. The unit is equipped with GE and Hologic devices and operates with advanced documentation systems including Expanse, Powerscribe, and Sectra. The department features a patient ratio of 4:1 with 13 beds available for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various imaging procedures, including Radiography, CT, Ultrasound, and Mammography.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
• Document imaging results in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation for imaging studies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and experience.

Required Experience

• Certified Radiologic Technologist with ARRT (R), (M), (CT) certifications.
• Experience in a clinical imaging environment.

Certifications/Licensure

• ARRT (R), (M), (CT) certifications are mandatory.
• Current BLS certification required.
