Supervisory experience preferred. Responsibilities include supervising custodians, utility maintenance, summer helpers, and substitute custodians. Tasks involve general building cleaning, snow shoveling, lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds, responding to emergency call‑ins, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must effectively understand verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively. Job Requirements Citizenship, residency or work visa required. Valid PA Driver's License. Good physical condition and able to pass a district‑required physical examination. Current clearances under Acts 34, 114, 151, and 168. Experience with building and grounds operation and maintenance (carpentry, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance). Supervisory experience preferred.
