QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) 
\n

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology 
\n

• Must have or be eligible to obtain Arizona Medical License prior to start date 
\n

• Active DEA 
\n

• Active ACLS
