Snow Removal Operator

Our client, a leading property management and industrial development organization, is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to join their team. As a Snow Removal Operator, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting snow removal, equipment maintenance, and tenant safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Snow Removal Operator

Location: Negaunee, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00

Shift: 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Drive loader, pickups, and sanding trucks for routine routes
• Plow snow over 2 inches in parking lots for leased tenants in Marquette, Marquette Township, and Negaunee Township
• Operate trucks with salt/sand mixtures for entrances and parking areas
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance
• Keep detailed records of work performed and monitor weather forecasts

What's Needed?

• Valid driver's license or chauffeur's license (testing fee reimbursement available)
• Good driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills for record-keeping and planning
• Experience operating equipment preferred
