Job Responsibilities

Important Note Our facility is proudly nicotine-free, both professionally and personally. Nicotine and 10-panel drug screenings are part of the pre-employment process. You'll work directly with the Maintenance team to keep our Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments running smoothly by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues
• Working on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
• Reading schematics, diagrams, and parts breakdowns
• Fabricating and welding equipment when needed
• Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues
• Experienced with electrical or mechanical repairs
• Ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus!
• Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for education Currently pursuing a related degree? We'll consider that too.
