Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse specialization in Emergency Room located in Tucson, Arizona, provides patient care within the Emergency Department by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe patient care delivery. Candidates must bring their license on the first day of assignment.

• Location: Tucson, Arizona

• Shift: Nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3x12s), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Arizona Nursing License, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), 2 years of emergency room experience, Cerner electronic medical record system experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge Nurse experience (additional $3/hr.), willingness to float
• Additional Information: Candidate must be willing to float to other areas as needed. This position is a contractor replacement for one available opening.
