HI-OR Scrub Tech - Variable (07/27)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 07/27/2026

Job Description:

We currently operate from 0645-2315, your shifts may be variable based on department needs. Applicants will be scheduled 40 hours a week, with the possibility of 32 hours if there is a holiday. We cover call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; everyone is assigned call, on average 1-2 times a week, plus up to 2 weekends a month with a 20 minute call-back time.

Responsibilities:

  • Help with turn over cleaning
  • Transport patients when needed
  • Independently scrub for procedures such as General, Orthopedic, Vascular, Ophthalmic, Urology, ENT, Endoscopy, Robotic, Obstetrics, and Gynecology

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of scrubbing cases in a hospital setting
  • Active State of HI license or must apply upon acceptance of offer
  • Traveler must complete a minimum of 39 shifts during the duration of the contract if RTO is requested
  • Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday
