CNC Machinist

CNC MachinistTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in the Auburn, WA area. This is a third shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $36-39/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a CNC Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Operate CNC mills and lathes in a precision aerospace manufacturing environmentSet up and run CNC machining equipment for production workWrite, edit, and modify CNC programs as neededTroubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and dimensional issuesRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and machining specificationsInspect raw materials and verify material identification and requirementsPerform in-process and final quality inspections using appropriate measuring equipmentWork with horizontal and vertical machining centersSupport multi-pallet and repeat-production machining operationsSet and maintain tool offsets, work offsets, and machine parametersUtilize probing systems and G10 offsets where applicableFollow setup sheets, standardized tooling requirements, dedicated fixtures, and approved tool packagesIdentify opportunities to improve machining processes while maintaining quality and repeatabilityMaintain accurate production and inspection documentationFollow all company safety, quality, security, and controlled-work-environment requirementsRequirements:Strong CNC machining background with experience operating mills and lathesExperience with horizontal and/or vertical machining centersExperience with multi-pallet or production machining is highly desirableAbility to write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programsStrong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skillsAbility to perform accurate dimensional inspectionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious aerospace manufacturing experience requiredFamiliarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systemsFamiliarity with ITAR requirements and controlled work environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality partsCompany Details:Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours workedVacation PayHealth insurance401(k) retirement savings planTradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/DisabilityBe Safe from fraud!
