Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers. Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work. Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly. Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments. Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
