House Supervisor RN Coordinator

This position is for a Bed Placement RN Coordinator role to function in the Admit / Transfer Center. Flexible shift lengths of 10 or 12 hours are preferred. Every other weekend availability is required. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This is not a traditional House Supervisor position; it focuses on transfer center responsibilities. Candidates should have strong skills in crisis intervention/management, emergency preparedness, and organizational escalation processes. Experience with charting in Epic is required. The role requires coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary support. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to manage patient flow and bed placement efficiently. This position involves minimal direct patient contact. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential. Those who do not meet the required experience may be redirected. The commitment to the assigned schedule is crucial, including working three of five holidays each year. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities if required. Candidates should conduct themselves professionally and refrain from contacting facility contacts directly unless for an agreed-upon interview.
