(Senior) UX/UI Designer (w/m/d)

Your Mission

As a (Senior) UX/UI Designer you accompany the entire product development process – from Discovery to Delivery – and ensure that our solution is intuitive, efficient and scalable.

• You take over UX-Ownership for features and accompany them end-to-end – from the idea to the final interface including obtaining and processing customer feedback
• You work closely with Product & Engineering in cross-functional teams and bring the user perspective in early
• You translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, prototypes and intuitive interfaces
• You use User Research and data to make informed decisions and measurably improve product impact
• You develop our Design System further and think UX scalable across features
• You question processes, moderate alignments and raise our Product and Design quality to a new level
• You share your knowledge in the team, give feedback and help to make Design stronger overall

What You Bring With You

Must-Have

• 3–6+ years experience as UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or Interaction Designer
• Experience in cross-functional product teams (Design, Product, Engineering)
• Sound understanding of the product development process (Discovery → Delivery)
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive UX/UI solutions
• Strong focus on ownership, impact and self-responsible work
• Experience with User Research and data-driven design decisions
• Secure handling of Figma (or comparable tools) as well as good knowledge in HTML, CSS and frontend basics
• Experience in building and maintaining Design Systems
• Very good German skills (C1/C2)
• Experience in a SaaS or product startup

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge in User-Centered Design, Design Thinking or Lean UX
• Experience in B2B or GovTech environment
• Good English skills
