The average length of stay is 3-4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state.
