Sigma Rehab

Sigma Rehab is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients maximize independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment. Sigma Rehab offers a supportive, people-centered culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.
