Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring certification (may be obtained through the facility within 6 months of hire). Unit Overview: 10-bed LDRP unit with a Level II Special Care Nursery. Staffing ratios: Active Labor 1:1, Postpartum Couplet Care 3:1, Latent Labor 2:1.
