Saratoga Medical has a wonderful opportunity for a Level 4 Respite Care Provider in Fort Belvoir/Woodbridge, VA area .

Important: Security clearance must be completed before starting work and may take approximately 3–6 months after initial submission/approval.

Position Details:

• PRN position 
• Up to 32 hours per month for the assigned family 
• Services provided in the family’s home 
• Additional cases may be offered in the area after hire 
• Service hours may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM, Sunday–Saturday  

Qualifications – One of the following:

• Current RN license , OR 
• Current LPN license with at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs , OR 
• RN or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of complex experience with special needs  

Level 4 Responsibilities:

• Daily living assistance including bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, lifting/positioning, meal preparation, and safety 
• Care for complex conditions including seizures, tube feedings, tracheostomy suctioning, and monitoring home medical equipment  

Required:

• Tier 1 Background Investigation 
• National Sex Offender Registry check 
• State and local child abuse registry checks 
• Valid CPR certification with an in-person, hands-on skills assessment ; online-only CPR is not accepted 
• Must own a smartphone
