SUMMER CONCESSION STAND OPERATOR (SEASONAL)

Summer Concession Stand Operator
Join our team for the summer and help deliver great food and friendly service in a fast-paced concession environment.
Position Overview
The Summer Concession Stand Operator manages daily operations of a seasonal concession stand, preparing and serving food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in compliance with all health regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fryers, grill top, and pizza equipment
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and portion standards
- Take accurate customer orders and process payments
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory and report low stock
- Open and close the stand as scheduled
- Follow all company policies and local health guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Food service experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment
- Seasonal position in an outdoor or semi-outdoor setting
- Exposure to heat from cooking equipment
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
