Responsibilities Operate dishwashing station with attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards; ensure kitchenware and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and organized. Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning responsibilities as required. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly workstation; follow proper sanitation protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support high-visibility, fast-paced service. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment. Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens is required. Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
