Roof Loader Heavy Lifting Opportunity in Central Point - Urgently hiring in Central Point!
Job Title: Roof Loader
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm (or until job is complete; times may vary)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Roof Loader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring roofing projects run smoothly and safely. You'll work closely with your manager and team to deliver results that make a difference.


What You'll Do
As a Roof Loader, you will be responsible for:
• Safely set up roofing job sites and follow all safety protocols
• Properly set ladders and install toe boards in compliance with OSHA standards
• Secure fall protection systems using anchors and other safety equipment
• Load and unload roofing materials from conveyor trucks or boom pallets
• Place materials on roof boards for efficient installation, including calculating roof dimensions


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds throughout the workday
• Comfort working at heights and on pitched roofs
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset

Location & Schedule
