Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Independence Health System

Independence Health seeks an administrative assistant to support the Physician Practice in Latrobe. You will handle patient intake, scheduling, and insurance data collection while coordinating with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow. The role requires accurate data entry into billing systems, pre-registration, and timely referrals.
