Real Estate Finance Associate

Overview Our client, a fast-growing AmLaw 200 firm , has asked us to find a strong mid-to-senior level associate with Big Law experience to focus on Real Estate Finance in NYC . This is an UNPOSTED position and a great opportunity to join a growing group and gain considerable hands-on experience, with strong partnership potential. Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $340,000.00/yr Competitive compensation (starting around $235,000 - $390,000 DOE) and bonus structure. Qualifications 3-8 years of real estate finance experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience with the representation of investment banks, commercial banks, family offices and private equity clients in the structuring and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine debt, construction financing, preferred equity investments and joint ventures. Licensed in NY or willingness to get licensed in NY. Relocations welcome. Hybrid working model with 3 days in office.
