Corporate Finance Manager

A well-established, national services company headquartered in the Dallas area is seeking a Manager of Corporate Finance to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, long-range modeling, and strategic analysis for both the company and its parent organization. What You'll Do Lead and execute long-range financial planning processes, including 5-10 year horizon forecasting models Build and maintain financial models supporting business cases, operational initiatives, and corporate promotions Perform valuation analysis including DCF modeling and M&A-related financial work Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in partnership with the broader FP&A team Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and strategic deliverables for senior leadership and the parent company Collaborate cross-functionally with a 5-6 person FP&A team, business unit leaders, and corporate stakeholders What You Bring 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting with significant financial modeling exposure Advanced Excel skills -- hands-on experience building and maintaining complex models and worksheets Demonstrated DCF and valuation experience (must be practiced, not theoretical) M&A or transaction analysis experience strongly preferred Strong business acumen and the ability to translate high-level strategy into financial frameworks Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship What You'll Get Base salary in the $120,000-$130,000 range, or commensurate with experience 10% annual bonus target Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and more Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote High-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and parent company initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
