Technical Designer- Intimate Apparel

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer with a strong background in intimates/apparel to support the end-to-end technical design process from development through final fit. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on fitting experience, strong technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical design activities from initial development to final fit approval
- Analyze garments and establish accurate fit specifications and pattern corrections
- Write detailed fit comments and communicate updates to vendors/factories
- Develop and maintain technical specifications and tech packs
- Ensure products meet fit, comfort, quality, and cost standards
- Collaborate closely with Design and cross-functional teams to maintain design intent and production timelines
- Participate in fittings and provide technical recommendations and approvals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical design experience within intimates/apparel
- Experience with bras, panties, lingerie, or intimate apparel products
- Hands-on experience conducting and owning garment fittings
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern correction
- Proficiency with Excel, Illustrator, Flex PLM, and/or Centric PLM
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or equivalent experience preferred
