Elevated Marketing Concepts is looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our Saint Louis team as  Entry-Level Sales Representatives .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, setting goals, and being rewarded based on performance.

In this role, you’ll represent telecommunications products and services through  face-to-face B2B sales , working directly with local businesses throughout an assigned territory. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid initial training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers
• Present telecommunications products and service options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build professional relationships with local businesses
• Prospect for new customers within an assigned territory
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Compensation & Training

• Paid initial training
• Uncapped commission - Representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week in commissions
• Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed
• Weekly pay and performance-based incentives
• Ongoing coaching and professional development

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation for local travel.
