What Does a Manager Do?

You'll be the leader on duty , responsible for creating an environment where both our guests and crew have a great experience.

Your leadership will directly impact people, performance, and restaurant results.

Lead People & Build a Strong Team

• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members throughout the shift
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback
• Help team members build skills and confidence
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Recognize great performance and create a positive team environment
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable
• Help identify and develop future leaders

Drive Restaurant Performance

• Set and communicate shift goals and priorities
• Monitor performance and take action to achieve targets
• Maintain strong speed, quality, and service standards
• Manage labor and deployment to maximize shift performance
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
• Communicate important business information to the restaurant leadership team

Own Operational Excellence

• Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently followed
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards
• Ensure accurate food preparation and presentation
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and daily maintenance standards
• Support inventory management and waste control
• Follow safety and security procedures
• Ensure proper cash handling and accountability

Be the Communication Link

As a Manager, you'll help connect the crew and leadership team.

You'll communicate priorities, share feedback, address challenges, and make sure everyone understands what needs to happen and why.

Restaurant or fast-food experience is a plus, but not required. Leadership experience in another industry can also translate well to this role.

• Climb ladders as needed
