Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,156 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate travel opening in Saint Louis, Missouri. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week with 8‐hour shifts. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute‑care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting following guidelines and facility parameters. Understand and comply with the respective PT board’s rules and regulations, and with state regulations. Interface with medical‑center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate, create, and modify a plan of care as indicated by the patient’s condition. Use the medical‑center computer system for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged; 1 year preferred). BLS certification and state‑specific PT license. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods. Additional certifications may be required before assignment. Pay and Benefits Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
