Indianapolis, IN, United States | Second shift, 03:00pm 11:30pm, Monday - Friday; starting January 2026: 12-hour shift, nights
What you will enjoy doing:
- Perform chemical stripping operations of coatings based on internal and customer requirements/specifications
- Complete pre-process and post-process documentation
- Perform 10X visual and dimensional inspection on customer parts that have been stripped to evaluate parts for non-conformities
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures and complying with all applicable regulations
- Work in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations, quality, and engineering

- High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience
- Self-sufficient and focused on assigned duties, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- Reliable to achieve assigned duties in a timely manner
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and have good manual dexterity
