Job Description The ROI specialist is responsible for processing medical records requests while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable state and federal regulations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for release of information requests and is responsible for retrieving, reviewing, scanning, and releasing patient records accurately and efficiently. Qualifications to Apply High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ideal experience: Medical records, ROI, HIM, Patient Access, Registration, Referrals, or Healthcare Administration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
