Job Title : Material Handler

Location : Compton, CA

Pay : $16.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Description :
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team in Compton, CA. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring materials are properly moved, organized, and stored. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and products.
• Transport materials to appropriate areas in the warehouse or production floor.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including inventory storage areas.
• Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
• Record and track inventory data, including product counts and location.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (training available if needed).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
