Industrial Maintenance Manager

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading commercial printing company in search of a Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and a day shift schedule, with hours varying as needed. Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations for printing production equipment, facility systems, and building upkeep Lead and develop maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance Partner with production leadership to maximise machine uptime and support operational goals Promote and enforce workplace safety, EHS initiatives, and emergency response procedures Coordinate equipment repairs, facility projects, contractors, and vendor relationships Support continuous improvement efforts focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction Assist with budgeting, inventory/parts management, and capital planning Requirements Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required Printing industry experience required Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems Experience working in a fast-paced or 24/7 production environment preferred Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
