Overview Are you passionate about numbers and helping clients make informed decisions? Join Gallagher as a Senior Client Financial Analyst, where you’ll collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver tailored financial insights and solutions. You’ll play a key role in analyzing benefit plans, preparing reports, and presenting findings that drive strategic planning and renewal decisions. How you'll make an impact Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide meaningful financial analysis. Compile census data and financial information to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Analyze utilization data and summarize results to guide decision-making. Review and compare RFP responses, creating benefit and rate comparisons. Prepare and present materials for strategic planning, renewals, and marketing results. Represent your team on cross-functional projects and share your expertise. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience. Proficiency with software programs, such as Excel, and mathematical calculations. Strong PC and Microsoft application skills, including Word and Excel. Basic understanding of insurance concepts. Excellent oral and written communication ability. Preferred: State license for Health/Life desired. Knowledge in using the analytical approach to problem solving. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
