Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active Massachusetts OT license. Home Health experience. Home Care Home Base experience. Assignment Details Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm. Weekend or on-call requirement: none. Responsibilities include starts of care, evaluations, recertifications, discharges, and treatments in the community and assisted living facilities.
