Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a School Social Worker (valid in Minnesota or transferable)
• Experience working with students in grades 3–10, preferably within school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to provide direct IEP-related services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and advocate effectively for students and families
• Comfortable providing virtual services as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted IEP support and interventions aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and monitor student progress as part of the IEP process
• Provide crisis intervention, group or individual counseling, and resource linkage
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
