UI/UX Designer

Your influential mission. You will... Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product and engineering to shape great user-experiences. Support end-to-end design delivery — from concept through to design commit and developer handoff. Help improve design processes and advocate for best practices in collaboration and iteration. Balance speed and attention to detail, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced delivery. Jump in where needed to support broader creative or product-related tasks. Components for success. You... Have 3+ years of experience in UI design, ideally with some UX awareness or involvement. Are proficient in Figma and are comfortable working within established design systems. Have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Understand layout, typography, and visual hierarchy — and apply them with consistency. Can balance quick delivery with polished, high-quality output. Communicate effectively and collaborate well with other designers, developers, and product teams. Are proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work. You'll get extra points for... Experience in gaming . Understanding of front-end technologies and accessibility . Familiarity with Spine or animation tools is a plus.
