High Rise Window Cleaning Technician

W e are looking for Teammates to join our High-Rise Division of the Company. As a member of our team, you will learn to use rope access skill for tasks ranging from window washing to building restoration and new construction cleans.

Window washing technicians perform general window cleaning while using brushes, sponges, or wet cloths to apply soapy water or other cleaning solutions to exterior building surfaces. Following the application of cleaning products, technicians are responsible for drying the wet glass with a cloth or squeegee. Pressure cleaning professionals independently operate high-pressure cleaning equipment, and wash areas assigned to them. This can include using various cleaning materials to achieve the desired results of cleaning and sanitation. 

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Use either a Rope Descent System or scaffolding to reach outside windows up to 500 feet for cleaning or hold and maneuver up to 60’ of watered extension poles (~25 pounds) to clean third and fourth floor windows from the ground. 
• Set up and climb ladders to reach second and third story windows. 
• Work with and/or transport mildly abrasive chemically based cleaning solutions such as chlorine and ammonia
