Associate General CounselEmpath Health is seeking a seasoned Associate General Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner within our mission-driven healthcare organization.This role is ideal for a seasoned in-house attorney who brings deep legal expertise, executive presence, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex business challenges. The Associate General Counsel will partner closely with executives and operational leaders across the organization, providing strategic counsel on legal, regulatory, employment, litigation, insurance, risk management, and operational matters. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor who can confidently lead discussions, influence decision-making, and deliver sound, business-focused guidance that advances organizational goals while managing risk.Experience supporting healthcare organizations with hospice, PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), home health, or other post-acute care services is strongly preferred.This is a remote position with occasional travel required approximately 4-6 times per year. Active Florida Bar membership is strongly preferred.
