About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship‑building, sales, and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is passionate about helping others. You’ll work closely with a Construction Superintendent to manage contractors and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to our high‑quality standards. Key Responsibilities Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites Support marketing and relationship‑building initiatives to grow accounts Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development What You Bring to the Table Experience in restoration and/or construction project management Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software) Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed Ability to pass a background check and drug screen What We Offer Competitive Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience) Bonus Opportunities Company Vehicle Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; Short- and Long-Term Disability; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Paid Holidays & Generous PTO Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a mission‑driven team helping people in crisis Work in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment Access continuous learning and advancement opportunities Join a company where your voice matters and your contributions are recognized Veterans welcomed — we value your service and leadership Ready to Make a Difference?
